Cubs are young people aged 8 to 10.5 who:
- Master new skills and try new things
- Have fun and go on adventures
- Make friends
- Are curious about the world around them
- Help others and make a difference on their own community and beyond.
What do Cubs get up to?
Over there time in Cubs, they will be challenged to complete there Chief Scout Silver award, this will provide them with the required skills to move up to the Scout section.
Cubs have lots adventures, exploring the local area. one of the areas visited most frequently is Denlethen woods where lots of Dens often spring up. Night hikes are another fun activity that can be done in the woods as well as the Collardo Wildlife Walk.
The Cubs often help around the community buy doing litter picks in the village and the local beaches to keep the area respectable.
