Jump in, and get muddy! Give back and get set. the next adventure awaits.
Scouts are young people aged 10.5 to 14 who:
- Master new skills and try new things
- Have fun and go on adventures at home and abroad
- Make new friends
- Explore the world around them
- Help others and make a difference on their own community and beyond.
What do Scouts get up too?
Over their time at scouts they will be challenged to achieve their Chief Scout Gold Award. This is the highest award they can achieve and it’s no easy job!
The Scout section involves a lot of fun, outdoor activities, nights away and craft activities. Scouts will be asked to work as a teamwork and to work on individual skills towards larger goals over longer periods of time. That being said there is a heavy dose of fun encouraged along the way.
We must all remember how to have fun!
Scout will attend activity centres and local venues to help progress badge work and get plenty of opportunities to take part in activities that interest them!
